While having my cell phone repaired a few doors down I decided to kill some time and get a massage. When I walked in the placed smelled like an ashtray. I should've just turned around. Then the lady who was tending to me was rushing me. I gave her 50$ for the 45$ massage that was for 30 mins. From walking into the door and her stopping it was 17 mins. As I left she demanded 20 more dollars. I said "You didn't even provide the service I paid for, why would I pay you more money?" She replied " you only wanted back and shoulders that's harder work." I said "no ,it is not especially on a normal build guy like me" She then screamed at me to pay or leave. Once I got back to the cell repair store I told them what happened they guy then informed me that that has been a common thing with this place. People pay an hour and get kicked out at 20 mins.... Extremely rude, poor practice and stealing from your customers then demanding more money is not the way to run a business
